You should contact the administrator of the server to obtain the admin login password for the MyCyberCafe Client program.

Try closing the program from the task manager or restart your computer. If the issue persists, contact technical support for the software.

The SiteCharge doesn't have a specific password. You are the one who needs to configure it along with the key combination. To do it, go to All Programs > SiteCharge > Configure SiteCharge and enter the key combination and password.


Additionally, download the manual located on the official website. See Section 3 where the SiteCharge configuration is presented.
